Pseudoangiosarcomatous squamous cell carcinoma: first case report on penis

چکیده

: Pseudoangiosarcomatous squamous cell carcinoma, also called pseudovascular, pseudoangiomatoid or adenoid pseudovascular is an uncommon and highly aggressive variant of carcinoma. Histologically, it characterized by proliferation atypical keratinocytes with acantholysis formation spaces, forming anastomosed channels lined neoplastic cells that invade the dermis. These are positive for cytokeratin negative vascular markers such as CD31 CD34. There few reports this in literature. Skin, breast, lung vulva involvement have been described, but to best our knowledge, no cases involving penis has described. This study aims describe first case angiosarcomatous carcinoma penis. The patient presented a painful lesion associated urinary retention. Macroscopic findings exhibited ulcerative vegetating entire glans part penile body, well infiltration structures scrotal skin. Microscopy shows sarcomatous keratinocyte pattern mimicking spaces. Human papilloma virus (HPV) biomarkers polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were all negative. Advanced lymph node metastasis. report presents pseudoangiosarcomatous important differential diagnosis.
